CWC Effective Cost Control

It takes very little staff for book publication and distribution. A director/editor and secretary/administrator is truly all that is needed to start. As the foundation grows it will take more editors and administrators, but all other services are farmed out of house.

The pre-press, printing, illustrators, proofreaders, consultants on the book, and pubic relations people are services that can be bid on for the best price. Office space and storage area are minimal. Printing is on demand when available. At present 90% of grant money received is distributed to the project. CWC is motivated by results.
